1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using D-Net LIVE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.
2. Description of Service and Integration
D-Net LIVE provides AI-powered content creation and appointment scheduling. To facilitate scheduling, the Service integrates with Google Calendar via Google APIs. By using these features, you authorize D-Net LIVE to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Abuse of the AI systems or automated "scraping" of the Service is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use and Content
You agree not to use D-Net LIVE to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant D-Net LIVE a license to host and process that content to provide the Service.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
- Subscriptions are managed via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion or as required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Google API Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from using D-Net LIVE's Google Calendar integration to engage in spamming, phishing, or any activity that violates Google's Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
D-Net LIVE is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in AI-generated content or scheduling conflicts.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion to protect the integrity of the Service.
